Born in 1959 in Turin, he is a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics since 1988.
He received his PhD in 1996 from the University of Turin.
Since 1999 he is Professor at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the University of Turin where he is currently Head of the Center of Reproductive Medicine and coordinator of the research projects in reproductive medicine.
He teaches ‘Pathophysiology of Human Reproduction and Assisted Reproduction Techniques’ at the course of Biotechnology, and ‘Reproductive Medicine’ at the postgraduate schools of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Endocrinology and Medical Genetics, at the University of Torino.
He is Associate Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Turin since 2015.
He authored numerous scientific publications available online (Medline) and in the publications section and a textbook on international spread entitled "Biotechnology of Human Reproduction".
